Genesis Energy had been hearing from across their business that data quality was an issue for them. With the help of an external audit, they needed to understand the extent of the issue and what they needed to do about it.

Our team performed a Data Audit with a company-wide survey, a series of focus workshops in high-need areas and developed a roadmap and case for change with the executive. By identifying key use cases we could demonstrate the value of investment in data management, and work through them using X is Y’s Agile Data Management Framework to bootstrap a brand new capability for Genesis Energy.
